Department of Corrections custody to be released.’ That would have been 1,500 criminals back on the street if you had had your way.” 



The Dispatch rating: False (Judge Jackson went on to say that each case requires an individual assessment. She further stated “We have to look at the harm to the community that might be caused by the release of individual people. We can’t just release everybody I said in that opinion.”
