Axel Springer Assumes Full Ownership of Morning Brew

German media giant Axel Springer has acquired full ownership of Morning Brew, increasing its stake from majority shareholder to sole owner. While financial details were not disclosed, the leadership structure is set to change: Co-founder Austin Rief will step down as CEO to become executive chairman, with Robert Dippell taking over as CEO. The media company, which started as a newsletter, has expanded to 20 franchises under Rief’s leadership.
