History

Founded in 2016, Conservative Ammo is a hyper-partisan website aggregating news from other sources and describes itself as a “repository of information for conservative content.” Their about page explains that “ConservativeAmmo.com was started to provide a searchable source of content that isn’t plagued with mainstream media and left-wing radical news sites that are “shoehorned” to the top of the search results so the viewer can never find the conservative viewpoint on the topic.” The founder is listed as Bode Lang.

Analysis / Bias

In review, Conservative Ammo does not produce original content but links to other sources that support its conservative narrative. Some sources they link to include: Hate Group FrontPage Magazine, Questionable PJ Media, Questionable Breitbart, the hate group Jihadwatch, and the unreliable right-biased Daily Wire.  Essentially, every news story on this website comes from a source that has either failed a fact check or is an outright fake news/hate group. In general, Conservative Ammo is as credible as the sources they use, which are not credible on any level according to our methodology.

Failed Fact Checks

  • Conservative Ammo has not been fact-checked because they republish other sources’ work.
