Fox Strikes $22 Billion Deal for Roku

Fox Corp. has agreed to acquire streaming platform Roku in a cash-and-stock transaction valued at approximately $22 billion, including debt. The deal gives Fox access to Roku’s audience of more than 100 million households, along with its advertising technology, first-party data, and streaming platform.
