Lester Holt to Step Down as Anchor of NBC Nightly News
NBC Nightly News anchor Lester Holt will leave his role this summer after a decade at the helm. Holt, who has been the lead anchor since 2015, will shift his focus to Dateline, where he has been the principal anchor for 15 years. NBC has not yet announced a successor. WebMD Faces Class-Action Over Alleged Video Privacy Violations

The decision could expose WebMD to significant financial penalties, as over 550,000 users may be affected. Judge Denies AP’s Emergency Bid to Restore White House Access
A federal judge has denied the Associated Press’s emergency request to regain full access to White House press events after the Trump administration barred its reporters. The dispute arose after AP refused to adopt Trump’s executive order renaming the Gulf of Mexico as the “Gulf of America.” While the judge declined to immediately reinstate AP’s access, he acknowledged the case raises serious constitutional concerns and ordered an expedited review.
