The Senate voted to block arms sales to Saudi Arabia, rebuking President Donald Trump’s foreign policy in the aftermath of the murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
Trump, whose administration signaled it would bypass congressional opposition to the sale of arms, is expected to veto the Senate’s resolutions.
