LEFT-CENTER BIAS
These media sources have a slight to moderate liberal bias. They often publish factual information that utilizes loaded words (wording that attempts to influence an audience by using appeal to emotion or stereotypes) to favor liberal causes. These sources are generally trustworthy for information, but may require further investigation. See all Left-Center sources.
Update: Highline rarely publishes and is essentially the HuffPost. See HuffPost for the full review.
Factual Reporting: HIGH
Highline bills itself as a “magazine that only runs cover stories—big, ambitious pieces intended to change the way you see the world or influence the course of policy.” They are a part of the Huffington Post, but differs significantly in the type of stories they cover. Most stories are in-depth pieces about people and events. All information is well-sourced and factual. There is a left center bias in story selection and to a lesser degree with wording. Highline is less political than the Huffington Post. (D. Van Zandt 7/12/2017)
