Acculturated is an online magazine that covers pop-culture and its influence on society. Acculturated has a section on their website dedicated to politics, which is what we will review. For the most part, articles written about politics are opinion-based and typically sourced from credible information. Acculturated’s opinions almost always favor the right, while painting the left negatively, through the use of loaded words. We could not find any failed fact checks for this source. Therefore, we rate Acculturated right biased through story selection that favors the right and Mostly factual reporting. Due to Acculturated being opinion-based, facts can be spun, which may require further investigation. (D. Van Zandt 10/29/2017)
