BLATANT LIE	Claim by JD Vance (R): Drug overdoses decreased in Maine because the Trump administration “sealed the border.” PolitiFact rating: False (Maine overdose deaths did decline, but the drop began before Trump returned to office, and experts cited multiple factors such as shifts in fentanyl supply, naloxone access and treatment—not Trump’s border policies.)
