Notes: Red River Valley News broadcasts on KVLY 17 hours of news per week, with 4 1/2 hours on weekdays and 1 1/2 on the weekends between the main NBC channel and the CBS-affiliated KXJB-LD.  They claim to lead the news market in Fargo, North Dakota.
