History
The Journal of NeuroEngineering and Rehabilitation is a peer-reviewed open-access journal published by BioMed Central (BMC) covering NeuroEngineering and Rehabilitation. According to its about page, “Journal of NeuroEngineering and Rehabilitation provides a forum for researchers and clinicians interested in understanding the way neuroscience and biomedical engineering are continuing to reshape physical medicine and rehabilitation and human movement augmentation.”
Founded in 2000, BioMed Central, or BMC, is a United Kingdom-based, for-profit scientific open-access publisher. They publish more than 300 journals that are entirely online.
