Factual Reporting: HIGH

Notes: Curve is a lesbian magazine published in the United States. It covers news, politics, social issues, and includes celebrity interviews and stories on entertainment, pop culture, style, travel, and a website that hosts an internet forum focusing on lesbian issues, active since 2000.

In review, Curve Magazine has a liberal bias in story selection that mostly favors the left. They also have a negative opinion of conservatives and in particular, Donald Trump. Curve Magazine uses minimal to moderate emotional language and all articles are well sourced to credible, mostly left leaning media such as the New York Times and Daily Beast. There also isn’t evidence of Curve Magazine failing fact checks. Overall, we rate Curve Magazine moderately left biased and high for factual reporting. (D. Van Zandt 11/30/2017)
