Rumble Appeals Antitrust Lawsuit Dismissal Against Google
Rumble has appealed a ruling that dismissed its antitrust claims against Google, alleging the tech giant unfairly promoted YouTube in search results and pre-installed the app on Android devices. The appeal, filed with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, challenges a decision by U.S. District Judge Haywood Gilliam, Jr., who ruled Rumble’s case fell outside the four-year antitrust statute of limitations.
