Lead Stories rating: False (There is no evidence that President Joe Biden pardoned Michael Byrd. None of Biden’s pardons mentioned Byrd, and the general clemency granted to police officers who testified before the January 6 Select Committee did not apply to Byrd, as he did not testify.)
