Factual Reporting: HIGH
Notes: Project Censored is a media research, education, and advocacy initiative started at Sonoma State University in 1976. It is currently housed at Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, California. Project Censored was founded by Carl Jensen to expose censorship in propaganda and mass media. In review, Project Censored uses loaded emotional wording in headlines and articles. The stories they choose to cover often favor the left more than the right. Most information is properly sourced in articles. We could not find any instances of failed fact checks by Project Censored. Overall, we rate them left biased in reporting and factual. (D.
