According to their about page, “This headlong rush to the most extreme forms of liberalism, facilitated by the stifling of any real debate, should be a matter of concern to the public, and if you’re one of those who is worried about it, this is the place for you.”

Analysis / Bias

The Gript website features videos, podcasts, and news articles written from a conservative perspective. Articles and headlines contain emotionally loaded language such as BIDEN ADVISORS WARN: “BIBLICAL DISASTER” COMING OUR WAY IN MIDTERMS. This opinion piece is appropriately sourced from The Hill. In a straight news article RUSSIA THREATENS TO DEPLOY NUKES IF SWEDEN & FINLAND JOIN NATO, there is no sourcing at all.

Editorially, Gript consistently favors the Christian Right through Pro-Life, anti-immigration, and climate change skepticism. When reporting on Covid-19 and, in particular, vaccines, they promote misinformation such as this NEW STUDY: VACCINE SIDE EFFECTS 6 TIMES MORE DANGEROUS THAN COVID-19 HOSPITALISATION FOR TEENAGE BOYS. This story references a non-peer-reviewed study in which the methodology and results have been questioned. Gript generally holds far-right views and is not always factual in reporting.
