Reasoning: Extreme Right, Propaganda, Conspiracy, Fake News
Federalist Nation is an extreme right biased news and opinion blog that uses sensational headlines and loaded words. Federalist Nation does source its information, but often it is to other questionable sources such as the Gateway Pundit, which has a poor track record with fact checkers. They have also republished stories from satire websites as real news. For example, they republished a story from America’s Last Line of Defense, which is an admitted satire site. Yet, Federalist Nation ran it as a real story or at least we must assume that since they do not provide an “about” or “disclaimer” page to describe their intentions. Federalist Nation is listed as a fake news source according to Factcheck.org. The is an extreme right biased website that occasionally publishes fake news and very often poorly sourced information.
