Analysis / Bias

In review, articles and headlines contain emotional wording that typically favors the right such as this “Labour’s Tory sleaze accusations look hypocritical, and – even more interestingly – aren’t landing any blows.” Editorially, the Conservative Home denigrates the left such as under the section called Left Watch where they publish articles such as: “Labour’s hypocrisy over A Level results.” In general, the Conservative Home is Right-Center biased. When it comes to sourcing, they utilize credible sources such as parliament.uk, gov.uk, and BBC.

When reporting on scientific issues, they support the scientific consensus on climate change such as this Stanley Johnson: Next year’s climate change conference should take its lead on carbon pricing from this Agreement. Further, they report accurately on Covid-19 The new Covid-19 vaccines: what we know so far.
