The blue/red status of the claim codes seem off at times. In the “Stop the Nick Shirley Act” check above, the claim is about a Democratic bill, but the claim itself comes from the Republican side.

The claim on the supposed “Stop Nick Shirley” bill was made and amplified by Republicans. It is not a blue or left-leaning claim, it’s a red/right-leaning claim about a bill put forth by a Democrat.
