The network will pay $15 million, to be allocated toward Trump’s future presidential library, and an additional $1 million in legal fees. The lawsuit stemmed from Stephanopoulos’s inaccurate statement during a “This Week” interview that Trump was found “liable for rape” in E. Jean Carroll’s lawsuit.
