Founded in 2008, I Bleed Red White and Blue is a conservative news and opinion website. According to their contact page they state, “True American ideals and beliefs are the basis of our Republic. I Bleed Red, White and Blue was founded to bring us together and discuss the concerns of American citizens.” The website features news, founding documents, videos and interviews. 

The website lacks transparency as they do not list names of authors, editors or an owner.

I Bleed Red White and Blue does not disclose ownership. Revenue is generated through the sale of branded merchandise, affiliate sales and advertising.

Analysis / Bias

In review, under their “news” tab, I Bleed Red White and Blue republishes news directly from the right leaning-factually mixed, Daily Caller. They also publish interviews with conservative figures and provide links to view our country’s founding documents. Under the “videos” tab they publish video clips from other news outlets such as such as CNN or Al Jazeera, often with biased or misleading headlines that favor the right, such as this: Democrat Ilhan Omar “Gleefully discussing Al-Qaeda and Hezbollah.”

In general, when reporting news, I Bleed Red White and Blue does not use original content, but rather republishes from the Daily Caller, which is right biased and has failed several fact checks.
