Analysis / Bias

In review, the Telegram & Gazette covers local news through staff writers with minimal bias such as this: Suspect in Webster home invasion is held without bail. National and world news comes via the Associated Press.

Editorially, the Telegram & Gazette has typically endorsed Republican candidates for President, however in 2008 they endorsed Democratic candidate Barack Obama. A review of their commentary page shows a good balance of opinions between right and left with zero extremes. In general, the T&G reports straight news with minimal bias and their editorials are also reasonably balanced.
