San Francisco Globe - Left Center Bias - Liberal - Democrat - CredibleFactual Reporting: Mixed - Not always Credible or Reliable

LEFT-CENTER BIAS

These media sources have a slight to moderate progressive/liberal bias.  They often publish factual information that utilizes loaded words (wording that attempts to influence an audience by using appeal to emotion or stereotypes) to favor progressive/liberal causes.  These sources are generally trustworthy for information, but may require further investigation. See all Left-Center sources.

Factual Reporting: MIXED

San Francisco Globe or SF Globe is a news site based in San Francisco California. Publishing since 2014 as per their about page, the SF Globe is founded by “serial entrepreneurs from Berkeley, Stanford, and UPenn.“ Unfortunately, there isn’t any other information about these people or their backgrounds. The focus of the website is news, trending stories, home, cooking, diy, and more. Although they utilize credible sources such as Huff Post, WaPo, National Post, etc, they also publish pseudoscience-related stories such as this. The San Francisco Globe does not use excessive emotional wording, but they do tend to publish stories that really are not news, such as this one. From a political perspective, the SF Globe publishes stories from both sides, but more tend to favor the left. Overall, this is a Left-Center Biased website that is Mixed for factual reporting. (M.
