Bias: Extreme Right, Propaganda, Fake News, Conspiracy
Notes: Free Patriot Post states their mission is “to spread freedom of information, conservative values, and truth to the public through various media forms”. The About Page for this website is fake, containing stock images and imaginary authors. Free Patriot Post is a news website which has an extreme right wing bias in reporting and does not source facts well. The Free Patriot Post uses sources such as The Daily Caller, Young Cons and Rush Limbaugh, which all have poor track records with credible fact checkers. They also use sensational click bait headlines and many times publish right wing conspiracies. Overall, we rate Free Patriot Post questionable due to extreme right wing bias, promotion of propaganda and poor sourcing. (M. Huitsing 9/2/2017)
