Bastille Post was founded by Hong Kong media executive Lo Wing Hung. Corporate filings show that Lo, through Bastille Post Holdings Limited, historically owned 70% of Bastille Post Company Limited, while Sing Tao News Corporation held the remaining 30%. Sing Tao corporate records document this arrangement. Sing Tao later disposed of its interest, leaving Lo as the controlling owner. Revenue is derived primarily from advertising and commercial media activities.
