MS NOW Disputes Fetterman Blacklist Claim

MS NOW rebutted Sen. John Fetterman’s claim that the network will not invite him on as a guest. Fetterman told the Washington Examiner that “MSNBC won’t invite me on,” referring to the network by its former name, and said he did not understand why given his record as a Democrat. An MS NOW spokesperson told Mediaite the claim was inaccurate. The exchange comes as Fetterman continues to appear frequently on Fox News and CNN and has publicly warned that he could leave the Democratic Party if it formally becomes, in his view, an anti-Israel party. Florida Teen Drops Meta Addiction Lawsuit

A Florida teenager has withdrawn a social media addiction lawsuit against Meta one week before the case was scheduled to go to trial. The 15-year-old plaintiff, identified only as R.K.C., dropped the suit after reaching unspecified settlements and deciding he did not want to go through a trial. News Corp Countersues Brave Over Article Scraping

News Corp. has filed a countersuit against Brave, accusing the search engine of copying and distributing versions of The Wall Street Journal and New York Post articles to AI firms.
