Joe Walsh announces Republican challenge to Trump

Former Rep. Joe Walsh (R-Ill.) on Sunday announced he would mount a primary challenge to President Trump.

The conservative radio host made the announcement on ABC’s “This Week.”

“I’m going to run for president,” Walsh said on ABC’s “This Week,” also telling host George Stephanopoulos, “I’m going to do whatever I can. I don’t want him (Trump) to win.”

Walsh had said Thursday that he was “strongly, strongly considering” entering the race.

“I’m not trying to be cute or coy. I’ve told you before — if somebody’s going to get in there and go after him … it’s got to be done soon,” Walsh told CNN’s John Berman on “New Day.” “You’re running out of time. But more importantly, these are not conventional times. Look at the guy in the White House. These are urgent times.”

  1. First of all, who the hell is Joe Walsh? Second, he doesn’t have a chance because nobody knows who he is! Third, he must be one gigantic turd, and one tinny little prick. A RINO that would prefer open borders and socialist/communist take over by the Democrat party who will rip the constitution to little bitty peaces and enslave us all. There was a time when that statement would have been outrageous, but no more! That’s exactly what they want to do!
