BREAKING: Judge orders White House to temporarily restore CNN reporter’s press pass

A federal judge ordered the Trump administration on Friday to immediately return the press pass of CNN reporter Jim Acosta, who was barred from the White House last week after a contentious encounter with the president at a news conference.

Judge Timothy Kelly, appointed a year ago by President Trump, said the White House must give the credential back temporarily in order to give Acosta a chance to persuade the administration that he should be allowed to keep it.

  1. When are we going to get rid of all of those communist judges…….Pres. Trump should just cease giving these press conferences until Acosta agrees to stay away so that legitimate reporters can he heard.

  2. Um. T. Howe, I think there is a Constitutional right to freedom of the press. If you are referring to “legitimate reporters” meaning people from Fox, that is not a news network. Let freedom of the press ring free.
