Shame Project – Bias and Credibility

Shame Project - Left Center Bias - Liberal - Democrat - CredibleFactual Reporting: High - Credible - Reliable

These media sources have a slight to moderate liberal bias.  They often publish factual information that utilizes loaded words (wording that attempts to influence an audience by appeals to emotion or stereotypes) to favor liberal causes.  These sources are generally trustworthy for information but may require further investigation. See all Left-Center sources.

Update: This Source has not been updated in many years and is retired.

Factual Reporting: HIGH

According to the Shame Projects about page, they are a media transparency project that exposes corrupt media figures and documents journalistic fraud. The shame project was last active in 2014; however, according to their about page, they will resume publishing in 2017.

The Shame Project is not actually a news source but more of a fact-checking website that profiles corrupt media figures.  They presently have 8 people profiled, and each is well researched and sourced to proper information. We rate this source as left-center biased due to the political affiliation of the owners and the fact that the corruption they are exposing is those that the left typically fights for. (M.
