History

RevolutionaryCommunist.org is the website of the Revolutionary Communist Group (RCG), a British Marxist-Leninist political organization. The RCG has published its newspaper, Fight Racism! Fight Imperialism! (FRFI), since 1979.

According to its “What We Fight For” statement, the organization seeks to overthrow the British ruling class and establish socialism. Its political philosophy centers on anti-capitalism, anti-imperialism, opposition to immigration controls, support for revolutionary movements, and rejection of the British Labour Party as insufficiently socialist.

The Revolutionary Communist Group publishes from an explicitly revolutionary communist and anti-capitalist perspective. Its editorial statements portray capitalism and Western governments as imperialist systems that must be replaced through revolutionary socialist organization.

For example, Ukraine: British chauvinism intensifies describes the Russia–Ukraine war primarily as a NATO “proxy war” and places substantial responsibility on Western imperialism.
