Analysis / Bias

Factchequeado follows a structured, evidence-based fact-checking methodology. Articles clearly identify claims, provide context, cite official sources, and separate verified facts from falsehoods.

For example, in “No, the president did not announce a plan to give ‘papers’ to the Dreamers”, the outlet verifies viral TikTok claims using reverse image searches, legislative records, and policy analysis.

In “Yes, Trump released an AI-generated video of Barack and Michelle Obama as apes”, the organization confirms the authenticity of the post through timestamp verification, media cross-referencing, and official responses.

In “No, they have not legalized voting without citizenship in some US states”, the article cites federal law, state constitutions, and election law experts to debunk the claim.

Although many fact-checks address immigration, elections, and political misinformation, the reporting is consistently evidence-driven and does not advocate any political ideology. The tone remains analytical and corrective rather than opinion-based.

Failed Fact Checks

  • None in the Last 5 years. They are an IFCN Fact Checker.

Overall, we rate Factchequeado as Least Biased based on structured, non-partisan fact-check reporting. We rate the organization High for factual reporting due to strong sourcing, transparent methodology, and the absence of documented failed fact checks. (D. Van Zandt 02/12/2026)
