Analysis / Bias

In review, the East Bay Times reports local news through reporters with minimal bias such as this East Bay man, arrested while allegedly ‘shedding clothes’ after Oakland shooting, charged with murdering teen. National and international news is usually covered through the Associated Press.

Editorially, the website features an area called the Canniforian which covers the California Marijuana industry. The East Bay Times also usually endorses Democratic candidates such as Joe Biden in the 2020 Presidential election. In general, the news is reported factually and with a left-leaning editorial bias.
