We only utilize fact-checkers that are either a signatory of the International Fact-Checking Network (IFCN) or have been verified as credible by MBFC. PolitiFact rating: False (A Democratic representative proposed a bill to make it easier for elections officials to provide ballots and other election materials to eligible voters who are not proficient in English. Noncitizen voting is already banned in federal law. Whether noncitizens can vote in nonfederal elections is up to states and local municipalities.)
