The judge overseeing Roger Stone’s criminal case imposed a sweeping gag order on him Thursday after he posted a photo of her with what appeared to be the crosshairs of a gun near her head.
District Judge Amy Berman Jackson, who issued a partial gag order on Friday, banned Stone from making any public statements about the case. Stone, a former Trump campaign adviser, apologized to the court for the since-deleted Instagram post. He has been out on bail since being charged in January with obstruction, making false statements and witness tampering.
