President Donald Trump said Friday that a historic summit next month with North Korea leader Kim Jong Un is back on.
Trump, who had canceled the summit last week, made the announcement after meeting with North Korean envoy Kim Yong Chol at the White House and receiving a letter from Kim Jong Un. The summit, which Trump says he hopes will lead to the denuclearization of North Korea, is set for June 12 in Singapore.
