Paul Manafort, former campaign chairman for President Trump, was told to turn himself in to federal authorities on Monday, The New York Times reported. It is not clear what charges Mr. Manafort, and his former business associate Rick Gates may face, but the move marks the first round of indictments from special counsel Robert Mueller.
