Explanation: Major U.S. measles outbreaks did not end overnight. Outbreaks in Texas, South Carolina, Utah and other states continued for months, and Utah’s outbreak had not officially ended when Kennedy made the claim. FactCheck.org found no evidence supporting the assertion that the outbreaks were stopped at record speed.
