BLATANT LIE	Claim via Social Media: Humans caused the Texas floods using cloud seeding. It’s not possible that the floods would have happened otherwise. Climate scientists explain it is not possible that recent cloud seeding could have caused the flooding, and in fact had almost zero influence on precipitation intensity.)
