The House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday announced that it would hold its first hearing in the ongoing impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump “to explore the framework put in place to respond to serious allegations of impeachable misconduct.”
The hearing is scheduled for next Wednesday, Dec. 4. Judiciary Chair Jerry Nadler invited Trump to attend the hearing but reminded him the panel may take action if Trump continues to withhold evidence requested by Congress.
