Mueller breaks with Trump on ‘no collusion’

Robert Mueller told lawmakers that his investigation of Russian interference into the 2016 campaign “did not address ‘collusion,’ which is not a legal term” — contradicting President Donald Trump who has claimed that’s what the special counsel’s report found.

Mueller also noted that despite 10 potential instances of obstruction of justice, “based on Justice Department policy and principles of fairness, we decided we would not make a determination as to whether the president committed a crime.”
