Is Donald Trump’s Companies really $650 million in debt?

logoOn 8/20/16 the New York Times ran a story that claims Donald Trump’s companies are $650 million dollars in debt.  The New York Times speculated that he could be up 2 billion in debt based on money owed to lenders.

Snopes investigated the story and found that the New York Times numbers are mostly speculation as his actual tax records have not been made available.
