A Clinton Spokesperson claims that Bernie Sanders has received $50K from the fossil fuel industry.  This was in response to Sanders’ claim that Clinton accepts money from the fossil fuel industry.

Did Bernie Sanders accept $50K from the fossil fuel industry?  According to Open Secrets he has collected $54,060 from gas and oil companies.  We can rate this claim as True.
