(12/16/15) All humans are biased. Unfortunately, some people have biases towards those of different races, religions, and genders, which is also very common. Remarkably, the LAPD was unable to find a single case of police bias or profiling out of 1356 complaints between 2012 and 2014. This type of nonsense absolutely should destroy the credibility of the LAPD Internal Affairs Department and lead to an outside investigation. Will it?
