    In his weekly Legislative Update, Arkansas Congressman Bruce Westerman e reports that hvoted yes on H.J.Res. 30 saying, “ESG investments are politically motivated financial instruments that have routinely underperformed in the marketplace.”

    Is that accurate? Do ESG investments actually underperform?
