The House plans to vote Tuesday on legislation to block President Donald Trump’s attempt to circumvent Congress to fund his border wall, Speaker Nancy Pelosi said.
The privileged resolution targeting the emergency declaration is expected to easily pass the House.
It will then be guaranteed a vote in the Senate within 18 days.
