At least 11 adults were killed in the shooting at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh, officials said Saturday afternoon. In addition, six were injured, including four police officers.
Officials said the suspect, Robert Bowers, was shot multiple times before being taken into custody. He was taken to Allegheny General Hospital for treatment. Bowers could be charged for the shooting as early as Saturday night, a federal prosecutor said.
