Daily Source Bias Check: One America News Network (OANN)

These media sources are moderately to strongly biased toward conservative causes through story selection and/or political affiliation. They may utilize strong loaded words (wording that attempts to influence an audience by using appeal to emotion or stereotypes), publish misleading reports and omit reporting of information that may damage conservative causes. Some sources in this category may be untrustworthy. See all Right Bias sources.

Factual Reporting: MIXED

Notes: Originally envisioned as a conservative-oriented news network, OAN’s stated focus is delivering a credible source of national and international news 24/7. OAN features news programming and political talk shows, along with network special documentary-style reports. Its news coverage attempts to maintain objectivity while its political talk shows illustrate a strong conservative view. Unfortunately, this source also occasionally promotes conspiracies.

Right wing, Trump favored horse manure. Factual credibility ? Please! Conservative maturation. Woe be to democracy.

  2. We have re-reviewed this site and moved the arrow further to the right and listed it as MIXED for factual reporting.

I watch a bit of each news source. The one thing this channel isn’t is “sided” very rarely does the team “claim” anything. Almost any “conspiracy” starts with a disclaimer stating its intentions to inform, not convince. Hardly do I ever see opinion based articles. Unlike, Fox, CBS, NBC, BBC or any other Major “news source. If anything, they are NEWS, nothing more. Just news.

Then again, I’m arguing with the opinion of a review site who literally has fake news spam advertisement all over it. Lol you people really know how to look like paid propaganda.

Last thing. The “conspiracies” I’ve seen from oan, usually start with something like ” the following report is not reported by mainstream media, it is intended to inform the public, not persuade. “And then is followed with a reporter asking questions to other peoples answers on the matter. I hardly ever see a politically based opinion. Your review is full of inaccuracies. Why can’t I choose how biased you are.

  6. You need to complain to Wordads (Google Adsense). All ads on this website are generated by them. Typically, Ads are generated through the use of your cookies. So the ads displayed will reflect your internet browsing habits. Mine is showing car ads because that is what I have been looking at recently. We have zero affiliation with any company or media source. We are 100% independent and only accept donations from individuals via Paypal with no strings attached.
